Before IBPS , each bank usually conducted its individual recuitment for bank staff. But, now IBPS has become the jack of all recruitments in the bank and the competition in the bank is getting tougher and tougher. In IBPS exam we need to qualify all the sections including quant, reasoning, english, computer and the last and most difficult section today is general awareness. Now most of the questions of general awareness section  are from banking sector, financial sector. So, it has become the biggest barrier to crack the ibps with good score.
